Arrival - GLYC grounds open.  Boats can be parked in designated spots on the yacht club grounds.  Boats must be inspected by the state prior to launching.

Saturday,  August 14

Registration: Waiver to be downloaded, signed and sent to tom@coulthurst.us

State Boat Inspection:  9:00 am

Breakfast:  8:00 am

Skippers’ Meeting:   9:30 am

Race #1 Warning:   10:55 am 

Pre-Packed lunches will be provided

Post Sailing Hors d'oeuvres, Beer,  Wine & Sodas

Sunday,  August 15

Breakfast:  8:00 am

Race Warning:   10:25 am

Due to Yacht Club construction, no onsite overnight accommodations will be available this year. 

Restrooms will be only made available during daytime racing hours and event functions.  The main clubhouse will be closed and only pavilion bathrooms will be open. 

Pets are not allowed on the grounds.
