Schedule and Particulars:

Friday, June 28th

• Trailer launch at the East end of Grand Lake (GLYC does not have a crane) 
• A permit will need to be obtained from Colorado Parks and Wildlife.  This can be done online prior - https://cpw.state.co.us/aboutus/Pages/ISP-ANS.aspx or at time of launch
• Contact regatta chairs for tow boat scheduling upon arrival
• Mooring buoys will be available in sheltered areas of the lake near lake home docks
• Registration at GLYC: 2:00 – 5:00 pm
• Welcome “Docktail” Party and Lake Tour: 5:00 pm depart GLYC on party barges

Saturday, June 29th

• Continental Breakfast GLYC: 8:00 – 10:00 am
• Lunch preparation buffet GLYC: 8:00 – 10:00 am
• Registration at GLYC: 8:00 – 10:00 am
• Competitors Meeting
• Warning signal for first race: 10:55 am
• BBQ and Bluegrass Dinner GLYC:  6:00 pm

Sunday, June 30th

• Continental Breakfast GLYC: 8:00 – 10:00 am
• Warning signal time to be posted on official notice board
• No warning signal will be made after 3:00 pm
• Awards with snacks and refreshments GLYC post racing
